Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 of 1970) is an American actress, best known for portraying detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter as well on NBC's Providence drama, and the medical drama The Resident. In addition, she received praise for her debut television part in Guiding Light on CBS as Eleni Cooper. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch are some of her most acclaimed films role. According to the reports, she's working on a project with Vlas and Charley Parlapanides, who co-wrote Immortals for an adaptation to Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography The Wheel of Life. Her upcoming TV series, Gods & Heroes is currently in production.
